The practice is located inside the One Senior Place building at 715 Douglas Ave, Suite 45, in Altamonte Springs. Owner Jaysee Soto is a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist and HearingUp Provider, and he and his team are committed to evidence-based care rather than a quick fit. Their approach includes thorough hearing evaluations, Real Ear Measurement to verify that hearing aids meet prescriptive targets, and electroacoustic analysis to confirm devices are functioning as intended. The practice works with six of the world's leading hearing aid manufacturers, including Phonak, Oticon, ReSound, Signia, Starkey, and Widex, which allows patients to find the technology best suited to their hearing needs and daily life.

Services include complimentary hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid repair, earwax removal, tinnitus support, professional reprogramming, and mobile hearing evaluations and fittings. The bilingual staff serves patients in both English and Spanish and works with most insurance plans.
